Training Survey

Dear Troop 65 Parents and Scouters:   We would like to determine, record and recognize the training accomplishments by all of the adults in the troop.  To that end, we have designed a training survey form.  This information will be used for rechartering, qualifying for the Quality Unit award, ensuring properly trained leadership on outings, and for generally knowing what resources are available for betterment of the troop.   Please share with us the training you have received by completing the survey form and return it via hard copy or e-mail.  If you know completion dates of the training (i.e., obtained from the LBAC 'purple card'), please include those in the date column.  In some cases, like Youth Protection, time limits apply and leadership training needs to be repeated at intervals determined by National BSA.   Thank you for your response.   Best regards,   Phil & Denise Rainier Committee Co-Chairs
